Roles and Responsibilities
To provide administrative support in a professional and timely manner.
To answer, screen and forward any incoming calls while providing basic information when needed
To manage Courier service / Receive and sort daily mails and deliveries
Inventory Management and monitor office Stationery & other basic supply
To maintain strong relationship with vendors for office administration activities, telecom, insurance, house - keeping and facility management
Ticket Booking & Hotel Reservation
Assist in arranging and organizing corporate meetings, conferences and events.
To develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records for monthly issue of salary
Maintain COVID safety protocol and controlling access within the office
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
Minimum 3 years of work experience in front office & administration activities
Language & IT Proficiency:
Highly proficient in English language (Written and Verbal communications)
Hindi & Marathi language will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of MS – Office, Web browser
